My Entertainment

I've been watching a lot of X-Men episodes lately. It almost feels like I've been losing touch with reality in a sense. I've watched in the range of 45 episodes since I got the dvds. I will probably finish the remaining 2 seasons within the next few days. The series is as good if not better than I remember it. It makes a lot more sense now since I'm seeing the episodes in order.

For the past couple weeks I have been reading Angels and Demons by Dan Brown. It is a really good book. Not quite as favorable as The Da Vinci Code, but good nonetheless. I think if I would have read Angels and Demons first I probably would have liked it more. To me, the books are just too similar in plot and happenings. But again, they are still good. I have Digital Fortress which is also written by Dan Brown and I hope to start that fairly soon since I only have roughly 50 pages left in the other book.

My sister has been revamping her room and painting was on the agenda. I decided to help out a bit earlier today but didn't paint for very long. I did a couple other little things around the room as well to help out. I have to admit, her room is actually going to look pretty cool.

Well angels and demons is the unstated prequil to the da vinci code. I mean it's the same character. This is what I have come up with. Angles and Demons is better written, but the da vinci code appeals more to the public because of the controversy. This may be my opinion because I read angels and demons first, but that's how I see it. I mean, I liked them both. Dan Brown is a great writer. I never got around to Digital Fortress but his fourth book is Deception Point and that was good too. So there's my two cents. Dan Brown is a good noveliest.

I think he definitely knows how to hold an audience. And I think your right about the whole controversy thing attracting readers to The Da Vinci Code.

I recently bought "Harvey Birdman: Attourney at Law" The first season. If you haven't heard of it, it's on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. It's pretty frickin spiffy.
